He was predeceased by: his birth father Boyd Daniel Arms; his adoptive father David Byrd Smith; and his brother Harold Jerome Smith. He is survived by: his mother Anna Stone Smith; his daughter Reagan Smith Miller (Greg); his grandsons, Alex and Drew; his great grandchild Braxton; his siblings, Kathryn Smith Baker, Carol Smith Walter (Jeff), Christina Arms Cato (Tim) and Ryan Arms (Shelby); and his friend Margie Crider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and beloved pets.
