With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Culpepper of East Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Dillard and Doris Goss Dillard; and her brothers, Howard Ray Dillard and Larry Joe Dillard. She is survived by: her husband William F. Culpepper; and her children, Vicki Bates (Max), Melanie Shipes (Larry), Kay Bolles and Mark Matthews (Tammy). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Several great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
