He is survived by: his wife Pam Bradshaw; his daughter Missi Hurt (Billy); his grandchildren, Aaron Smith (Megan), Brandon Clark (Kristen), Payton Revis (Dakota) and Hayden Young; his stepgrandsons, Logan Hurt and Billy Hurt (Christie); and his brother Terry Bradshaw (Marsha). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
