She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Payne and Emily Payne; and her siblings, Denny, Chris, Judy and Anne.
She is survived by: her significant other James Earl Moffitt; her children, Melissa Rowland (Chris), Billy Kidder (Jessica), Ethan Payne, Katelyn King (Jared) and Jamie Moffitt (Courtney); and her grandchildren, Shane, Victory, Brock, Katie Rowland, Emelia Payne, Harper and Charlie Moffitt. She is also survived by her family and friends.
