He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Purcell and Lilly Purcell. He is survived by: his wife Iria Charline Byrd Purcell; and his sons, Micheal Purcell (Betty Carol) of Gordonsville, VA and Ronnie Dillon Crabb of Antioch. He is also survived by eight brothers and sisters; seven grandchildren and great grandchildren.
