He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Johnson of Eagleville, TN; his daughters, Olivia Johnson of Eagleville, TN and Daphne Johnson of Eagleville, TN; his parents, Vickie Johnson and Wayne Johnson of Eagleville, TN; and his nephews, Andrew Johnson of Eagleville, TN., Christopher "Brody" Johnson of Eagleville, TN. and Sam Johnson of Eagleville, TN..
Everyone is welcome for the graveside services but family members request that mask be worn by all and social distancing guidelines be followed.
