He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sylvester Terrell and Stella Terrell; his wife Shirley; and his children, Jessica, Julie James, Tammy, Billy, Bobby and Barry. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and in addition, 11 great grandchildren.
