He is survived by: his parent Pauline Bellenfant Rigsby; his wife Hazel Redmon Rigsby; his sons, Mike Rigsby (Patty) of Eagleville, TN and Russell Rigsby (Karen); his sister Marjorie Ghee of College Grove, TN; his grandchildren, Nicole Rigsby Burks (Brandon), Brittany Rigsby Hill (Bryan), James Russell Rigsby (Abby) and Cathy Downing (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Addison Burks, Colton Burks, Logan Hickman and Colin Downing.
