He is survived by: his wife Jan S. Helm; his children, Traci Legge (Joe) and Brent Helm (Lori Jo); his grandchildren, Thomas Chambers (Taylor), Phillip Chambers (Tabatha), Sydney Eley (Matthew), Jack Evans, Carson Evans, Aspen, Bryliegh and Caylynn; his great grandchildren, Julian Chambers and Charlee Chambers; his siblings, Charles McFerrin, Rusty Helm (Suzie), Nina Helm and Rhonda Adcock (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Jon P. Scott (Cathleen) of Sherman Oaks, CA and Margaret Scott McDaniel of Eads, TN.; and also Cammie Evans (Hal).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Cancer Center and Fayette County Animal Rescue, Rossville, TN.
