He is survived by: his wife Jewell MacGregor; his children, Kenneth Wiley (Dabney), Janet Lewellen (Kevin) and Kelly Smith; his grandchildren, Blair Scharr (Jeremy), Nick Lucchesi (Britney), Kala Lucchesi, Justin Lewellen and Kaitlyn Lewellen; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Calli Scharr and Jaycen Lucchesi; and his brothers, John MacGregor (Judy) and Terry Moore (Debbie).

Memorials may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital in Jerry's honor.
