She was predeceased by: her parents, Burral Griffis and Yvonne Griffis; and her brother John Farley Griffis. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" E Hawks; her children, Jeffrey Hawks (Julie) and Jennifer Hawks; her brother David (Carol); and her grandchildren, Bailey Bynum, Griffin Hawks and Abigail Hawks.
The family has asked that any memorial donations being made go to Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
