He was predeceased by: his parents, Hylas Cade and Marguerite Gilreath Cade; and his sister Carolyn Choate. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Olson (Eric) and Cathleen Cade; his stepsons, Dennis Briggs (Kimberly) and Arnold Briggs; his grandchildren, Ashley Brickey (Jon), Laura Freels (Jason) and Scott Sippel; and his great grandchildren, Caden, Nolan, Connor, Tucker, Griffin, William and Maverick.
