It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry Biggs Howard III of Eads, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on February 19, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Biggs Howard Jr. and Betty Howard; and his brother John Howard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Palmer Howard of Eads; his stepson William Brandon Simpson of Collierville; his daughter Danielle Suzanne Howard of Glendale California; and his siblings, James Howard of Rowlett, TX and Beth Lovorn of Olive Branch, MS..
