He was predeceased by: his parents, B. F. Maddox and Helen Maddox; and his brother Jimmy Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Coleman Maddox of Eads, TN; his daughter Jennifer Maddox Zachry (David) of Arlington, TN; and his grandchildren, Landon Zachry and Ella Zachry.
