It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Sturdivant (Eads, Tennessee), born in Germantown, Tennessee, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Farley Houston and Dorothy Dare Rachel Houston; her son Martin Sturdivant; and her brother John Houston. She is survived by: her husband William Sturdivant; her children, Jan Armstrong (Guy) of Apex, NC and William Sturdivant, Jr. of Walton, KY; and her brother Farley Houston (Maria) of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
