He is survived by: his children, Brian Warner (Kathy) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Lynn Warner of Dyersburg and Katherine Flatt (Jamie) of Newbern, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Nick Flatt of Dyersburg, Brianna Vaughn (Jonathan) of Murfreesboro, Heather Sills (Chris) of Halls and Brian Hickman (Jessica) of Halls. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
