She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Newhouse and Hallie Williford Newhouse; and her siblings, Dorothy Wright, Virginia Bran, Marie Beard, Paul Newhouse, Robert "Bobby" Newhouse, Charles Newhouse, Jack Newhouse and Gary Newhouse.

She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Stewart of Friendship; her grandchildren, Michael Stewart (Kaylee) and Chloe Stewart; her great grandchild Adalynn Bailey; and her brothers, Ronnie Newhouse of Dyersburg and Donny Newhouse of Louisiana.
