He is survived by: his wife Debra Armstrong (Mitchell); his children, Thomas Armstrong Jr. (Shalena) of Spokane, WA, Adrian Armstrong (Lynette) of Richmond, VA, Cedric Dennis (Cnanah) of Dyersburg, TN, Demetria Armstrong and Tammy Jennings of Madison, WI.; and his siblings, Joe Lee Armstrong Jr. of Rayville, LA, Barbara Armstrong of Rayville, LA, Carolyn Johnson of Rayville, LA, Billy Green (Bertha) of Rayville, LA, Ronald Armstrong (Denita) of Clarksville, TN, Mary Williams of Monroe, LA, Freddie Armstrong of Memphis, TN, Albert Armstrong (Jeanette) of Dyersburg, TN., Vernon Armstrong of Dyersburg, TN., Darren Armstrong of Dyersburg, TN., Sherry Armstrong of Dyersburg, TN., Paige Armstrong of Dyersburg, TN. and Leola Armstrong-Scott (Joe Scott) of Dyersburg, TN.. He is also survived by grandchildren, (4) great- grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:55 PM at the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church (208 St George Ave, Dyersburg, TN 38024). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (1900 Cumberland St, Dyersburg, TN 38024).
