She is survived by: her daughter Sonia Clark (Roger) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her brother Jerry Franklin Surratt Shirley P.; her grandchildren, Michael Wilson (Crystal), Wendy Scott (Terry), Tiffany Chance (Keith) and Timothy Hatch (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Alexis Mosley (Joe), Torrye Landry (Parker), Miranda Choate (Josh), Kane Wilson, Raelyn Hood (Codey Allmon), Trevor Scott, Baylin Chance, Kloie Doolin, Kiley Wilson, Emilee Fair, Mason Hatch, Harley Kate Chance and Isaiah Wilson; her great great grandchildren, Axel Mosley, Ivy Choate, Eleanor Rae Mosley and Karson Allmon; and her stepgrandchildren, Charlotte Carlton and Jodie Arnold.
