He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Fields and Violet Wilkinson; and his brother David Fields. He is survived by: his wife Flossie Fortner Fields; his children, Teresa Cuautle, Anna Fields, Kathleen Fields, Susan Dowdy, Neil and Larry Warner; and his siblings, James Wilkinson, Leo Wilkinson and Donna Padgett. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and eleven great-great-grandchildren.
