He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Weldon Doss and Frances Lucille Smith Doss; and his siblings, George William Doss and Donnie Sevanne Scott. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lorraine Lott Doss of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his children, Jeffery "Rusty" Doss (Nicole) of Pennsylvania, Angela "Angie" Williams (Adam) of Dyersburg and Veronica McPherson (Jereme) of Trimble, Tennessee; and his sisters, Shirley Elizabeth Campbell of Rives and Linda Moise of Florida. He is also survived by "Grandpa" to his eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
