She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Lockhart and JoAnn Mitchem Lockhart; her husband Jeffery Turner; and her brothers, Ricky Lockhart and Royal Lockhart.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Turner of Ripley, Tennessee, Katrinka Runions (Tim) of Dyersburg, Sandra Molina (Anthony Hollingsworth) of Ridgely, Carla French (John) of Trimble and Regina Mendoza (Hector) of Buckeye, Arizona; and her brother Clifford Lockhart (Karen) of Sandwich, Illinois. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
