It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Kugler of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Grunder and June Grunder. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth C. Kugler; her children, Charlotte D. Jones, Tami S. Kramer, James L. Kugler, Dale N. Kugler and Ronald L. Kugler; and her grandchildren, Shayne Jones, Valli Kelly, Josh Kugler, Jennifer, Heather, Leisle, Abigail and Zachary Kugler. She is also survived by 15 great grand children.
