Faulk of Cunningham, Tennessee and Lana Carol Jones Faulk of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his daughters, Evelyn Grace Faulk of Dyersburg and Taegan Lana Faulk of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his brother Jeremy Faulk (Sarah) of Lexington, Kentucky; and his grandmothers, June "Nana" Jones of Dyersburg and Anna Sue Pierce of Clarksville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
