She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frazier and Janie Frazier; her husband William "Bill" Rice; and her brother Billy Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Dennis S. Rice and Cynthia D. Kittrell (Richard); her granddaughter Jami Manley (James); and her great grandchildren, Mason and Mallie Manley.
The family ask that, in place of flowers, memorials be directed to the ministries of Phillips Street Church of Christ in Dyersburg.
