She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Mitchell Tubbs and Bettye Jean Kenney Tubbs; and her husband Captain Larry G. Bell. She is survived by: her sisters, Paula Tubbs Hooper of Dyersburg and Mickey Tubbs Jones (Donald) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her nieces, Jamey Jones Attaway (Jeremy) and Jenney Jones Beasley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail Willard, Bailey Willard, Brayden Beasley, Blake Attaway and Lilley Bett Jones; and her friends, Elizabeth Summers of Dyersburg and Doreen Pritchett of Texas.

In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Bell's family requests donations be sent to Scottie Rescue.
