"Bill" Lewis of Dyersburg, Tennessee; her children, Dr. Brad Lewis (Mitzi) of Springfield, Missouri and Jamie Rodgers (Tim) of Sikeston, Missouri; her siblings, Thomas E. "Bubba" Permenter of Friendship, Tennessee and Dee Ann Lovelace of Finley, Tennessee; her nephew Tim Lovelace of Finley; her niece Christy Riggs; her grandchildren, Trey Smith, Cody Rodgers (Tori), Gaige Lewis and Gannon Lewis; and her great grandchild Sam Rodgers.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.
