He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Coleman and Margaret Steen Coleman; and his brother Jerry Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Alison Jones Coleman; his daughters, Shelley Kate Coleman of Dyersburg and Leigh Alison Coleman of Dyersburg; and his grandchildren, Sydnee Alison Coleman and Kendrick Mikhail Coleman.

The family requests memorials be directed to Dyersburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2280 Parr Avenue, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
