She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Butler and Lorene Evans; her husband Wayne Permenter; and her brothers, Wallace Butler and Randy Butler.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Knight (William) of Almo, KY; her grandchildren, Hailey Knight, Katelynn Knight, Will Knight and Aubree Knight; and her brothers, Don Butler (Linda) of Dyersburg and Terry Butler (Jeannine) of Atlanta, GA.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; four sisters.
