He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Newt and Ester Lee Henderson Fowler; and his sons, Terry Dwayne Fowler, Timothy Wade Fowler and Kenny Thomas Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Dianne Cook Fowler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
