She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Burns Tubbs and Lottie Lucas Tubbs. She is survived by: her siblings, Andrella Tubbs, Martha Tubbs, Bobbie Tubbs Berkley, Tommy Tubbs and Richard "Grassy" Tubbs; her son Fred Roland Moody Cherry (Penny) of Dyersburg; her granddaughters, Leah Jayne Vaughn (Hunter) and Lara Beth Cherry; and her great grandchildren, Slayton Wayne Vaughn and Layla Jayne Vaughn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
