He is survived by: his wife Mary Lestie Hicks of Dyersburg, TN; his children, Denise Hammett (Tyler) of Dyersburg, TN, Eddie Hicks (Diane) of Dyersburg, TN and Steve Hicks (Pat) of Dyersburg, TN; his sisters, Polly Atchison Churchwell of Dyersburg, TN, Debbie Oberst (Tony Goosinow) of Dyersburg, TN and Diane Pryjda (Bish) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Michael Hicks (Hailee), Craig Hicks, Sheena Tharpe (Jerry) and Mindy Justice (Harvey); and his great grandchildren, Hannah North and Judi-Kaye Justice. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
