With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredia Maxine Tate of Dyersburg, Tennessee, born in Ridgely, Tennessee, who passed away on May 9, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Threlkeld and Grace Smith Threlkeld; her husband Johnny Richard Tate; her siblings, David Threlkeld, Areilly Threlkeld, Phylis Burres, Dorothy Clements, Erma Davidson, Hazel Murphy and Sheila Riley; and her great grandchildren, Kailey Brooke Boane and Parker Glen Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Tate (Lorie) of Tiptonville, Danny Tate of Dyersburg, Aaron Tate (Tammy) of Dyersburg, John Tate (Farrah) of Newbern, Tennessee and Karen Jones of Ridgely. She is also survived by Nanny' to her thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
