D. Tipton of New Orleans, Jeff Biggs (Melba) and Kevin Biggs (Judy); and her niece Ann Tipton of Memphis, Tennessee..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Zion Cemetery.
