He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Leggett and Laura Louise Pollen Leggett; his wife Matilda Faye Long Leggett; his son Gary Leggett; and his siblings, Kenneth Leggett, Jane Perrin and Helen Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Leggett (Debra) of Sebastian, Florida and Kimberley Smith of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his stepdaughter Cindy Majusick (Mike) of Centerville; his siblings, David Leggett of Bradenton, Florida and Kathryn Collett of Fellsmere, Florida; his grandchildren, Amy Boling, Joshua Smith, Felicia Ruehman and Dakota Terry; and his great grandchildren, Elsie, Edith and Everly Terry.
