He is survived by: his wife Imogene Goodman Myers of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his children, Rickey Lee Myers of Newbern, Tennessee, Debbie Jean Lowe (Don) of Dyersburg, Bell Nowitzky (Eric) of Virginia Beach, VA and David Eugene Smith (Vanya) of Smyrna, GA; his sister Peggy Jean Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Benny and Geraldine Hendren. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
