With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Thomas Boswell of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Boswell and Ellen Lovins Boswell; his wife Nelda Ann Boswell; his children, Michael Boswell, Sr. and Judy Boswell Brooks; his stepson Keith Pardue; and his sisters, Helen Hopper, Elizabeth Roberts and Sarah Rogers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda McCamon (Larry) of Biloxi and Joyce Permenter (Ernie) of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his sister Birdie Baker of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Brandon Permenter (Cambrie), Beth Evans (Joel), Tracy Moore, Alan Arnold, Calum Boswell, Annie Perkins and Bubba Boswell; and his great grandchildren, Colby, Lane Evans, Hadley Hutchison (Alex), Kinley Hutchison, David, Jenna Arnold and Tamryn Woolfork.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home (239 E Main St, Newbern, TN 38059).
