It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Earl Evans of Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Earl Pierce Evans; and his half-brother Billy Tinkle. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Hopgood Evans of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his sons, Shane Evans (Lori) of Newbern, Scotty Evans (Cristy) of Friendship and Daniel Evans of Newbern, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jillian Sherrod (Terry), Josh Thomas (Yayoi), Austin Evans (Audrey), Madison Campbell (Andy), Ali Evans, Cade Evans (Lauren), Ethan Evans and Drew Evans; and his great grandchildren, Addyson Sherrod, Aven Sherrod, Tucker Campbell and Greta Thomas.
