He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jane Lowery; his daughter Mindy Clark (Billy) of Dyersburg; and his grandchildren, Brandi Baker of Dyersburg, Blake Lowery (Melissa) of Dyersburg, Cody Lowery (Jae) of Dyersburg, Jonathan Lowery (Erica) of Dyersburg and Adam Lowery (Marissa) of St. Louis.
