He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Kenneth; and his sister Kathy Brandle. He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Rayfield; his children, Lindsay Chavez, Christopher Rayfield and Nicholas Rayfield; his grandchildren, Annalise Chavez, Audrey Chavez and Addison Chavez; and his brother Raymond Rayfield.
