She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Pieper and Fern Pieper; her brother John Pieper; her daughter Shari Mikkelsen; her son-in-law Paul Spero; and her sister-in-law Judi Pieper.
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence'Larry'Mikkelsen; her children, Mike Mikkelsen (Nancy Newman), Debby O'Brien (Tim), Tom Mikkelsen (Cindy), Kathy Spero, Chris Parker (Randy) and Julie Boyd (Johnny); and her siblings, Dale Pieper (Dorothy), Delmar Pieper (Mary), Ronette Steinke (Dave), Daryl Pieper (Darlene) and Jim Pieper (Kathy). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews; and other extended family.
