She is survived by: her husband Nickie; her children, Adriana (Matt Frazier) and Barton (Jessica Tate); her sister Debbie Chism; her daughters, Ashlyn (Caleb Poore) and Caroline (Kyle Lowry); her nieces and nephews, Abigail, Divers, Josh, Lesley, Logan, Mason, Nicole and Hayden; and her grandchildren, Bentley, Christopher, Analeah and Lincoln.
