She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Madison and Elmira Marie Flinchum (Farley); her husband Lynn Galloway; her daughter Elizabeth Jean "Jeannie" Galloway; and her granddaughter Amanda "Mandy" Blackburn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Galloway, Mary Catherine Willoughby (Jerry), Susan Marie Davis and Patricia Lyn Davis; and her sisters, Margaret Row and Mary Anna Layher. She is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
