He is survived by: his son Mark T. Spence (Monica); his grandchildren, Hanna Mari Spence of Smyrna and Hunter Marshall Spence of Smyrna; and his siblings, John W Spence of Monroe, LA, Betty Spence Lowery and Sandra Spence of Dyersburg.
