He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Peevyhouse and Ola Hinson Peevyhouse; his son Ralph Scott Peevyhouse; his brothers, Charlie Peevyhouse and Calvin Peevyhouse; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Peevyhouse.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Coker Peevyhouse of Dyer, Tennessee; his sons, Clarence Craig Peevyhouse (Delores) of Paris and Gary Hinson Peevyhouse of Dyer, Tennessee; and his siblings, James Peevyhouse of Mayfield, Albert Peevyhouse of Dyer, Joe Peevyhouse of Kenton, Tennessee, Shirley Dunn of Rutherford, Martha Dickson of Newbern and Patty Bing of Union City. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
