He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Sutherland and Lucille Sutherland; and his brother Gary Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Joann Sutherland; his children, Scott Sutherland (Susan) and Lisa Sutherland Minton (Rob); his grandchildren, Abbey Sutherland, Maddie Minton, Eli Sutherland and Tyler Minton; and his siblings, Joyce Russell, Faye King, Bevla Worley, Debra Baird, Margie Brewer, Allen and Ray Sutherland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to be made to Next-Step Resources Center or Sequatchie County Cancer Support Network.
