She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Fugate and Ida Reed Fugate; her husband John H. Boyd; her son John David Boyd; and her siblings, Louise White, Edward Fugate, Margie Parrott, Carlos Hale, Ted Fugate, Kenneth Fugate, Stanley Fugate and Roger Fugate.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Boyd (Kendra) and Lahetta Boyd Abts (Joe); her grandchildren, Lydia, Sarah Boyd, Jonathan Abts (Madison) and Marissa Abts; and her great grandchildren, Fisher and Finley Abts. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
