He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Tammy Chapman (John) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Joyce Humble (Marty), Peggy Vaughn of Dunlap and Jimmy Vaughn of Red Bank; his grandsons, Connor, Joseph and Preston Chapman; his nephew Matthew; and his niece Heather Vaughn.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Sequatchie County Cancer Support Network or the National Rifleman's Association.
