He is survived by: his children, Duane Smith (Chastity), William Brian Cooley, Stephen Cooley and Christy Cooley; and his siblings, Dianna Swaggerty (Billy), Cynthia Honeycutt (Ronn) and William Cooley (Kathy). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
