He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Luella Harris; his children, Tillman E. Harris, Jr., Angela Gayle Hobbs (Anthony), Phillip Harris, Charlotte Frange White (Robert), Cindy Hobbs (Dwayne), Gregory Alan Harris (Clarissa) and John Harris; and his siblings, Edward, Russell, Earl Harris, Mildred Roark, Henrietta Lockaby and Shirley Fredrick. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
